Conclusion

After all the theoretical and field investigation about Chicanos and their dialect, was found that a certain part of the collected information differs totally from the hypothesis.

 

At the beginning, there was a total disorder of ideas in relation to a specific definition that could differentiate the principal concepts that initiated the investigation.

 

On the one hand, Spanglish was assimilated as a synonym of Chicano English that, in comparison with data collected, is possible to distinguish those concepts making a relation with people origin as Chicanos, Latinos and Hispanics. All of them gave a better vision and made all the things clear that were really confusing at first.

 

Another element to conclude, is that, even of an acceptance of Mexican origin in United States, a high grade of discrimination is present for many reasons, but at the end it only reflects a lack of tolerance.

 

After the analysis of this journey, is really important to highlight the participation and opinion of the population that allow to know local and, in this case, foreign perspectives. All of them contributed to generate important information and to get to know about those diverse thoughts of the society.

 

Finally, is possible to conclude that even of all those different characteristics that are part of Chicano English, it deserves to be respected and is also as acceptable as other dialects. No matter where people come from, no matter their culture or their heritage, or the language or dialect they speak, all that differences make us unique and also enriches diversity.
